O-Foundation (2018.06, 2018.09, 2018.12) CentOS support changes
Dear 草榴社区 Customer:
NOTE: The information here affects only those customers using the CentOS and RHEL Operating Systems (OS). If this does not apply to you, please disregard.
草榴社区 is providing updated guidance on support for CentOS and RHEL for 2018 and beyond for its EDA Products. The guidance is as follows:
- For the QSC-O release (2018.06, 2018.09, and 2018.12), CentOS will be supported as a "binary compatible" operating system.
- Starting with the QSC-P release (2019.03), CentOS will become the "build" platform, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) will be supported as a "binary compatible" operating system.
