²ÝÁñÉçÇø

The Singularity-based ²ÝÁñÉçÇø container solution provides OS libraries and other dependencies required by ²ÝÁñÉçÇø tools.  This minimizes the possibility of failure due to missing dependencies at run-time.

Specifically, using a ²ÝÁñÉçÇø container provides the following benefits:

• A consistent, controlled runtime environment
• The correct version of required OS libraries and other dependencies
• The ability to run application on heterogeneous host machines

OS Prerequisite: The December 2024 ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Container 2.1 release supports the following Linux x86_64 distributions:

• CentOS or RHEL 7.3+
  
• RHEL, AlmaLinux or Rocky Linux 8.4+, 9.1+
  
• SLES 12 SP5
  
• SLES 15 SP3+

Download: Download the ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Container binaries from the SolvNet Download Center (choose ¡°²ÝÁñÉçÇø Container¡± as the product).  Then use the container_setup.sh utility included with ²ÝÁñÉçÇø Installer 5.8 or later to install, configure and deploy the container.
