Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
We expect all members of 草榴社区’ workforce and 草榴社区 third parties to exercise good judgment, to act ethically, and to comply with the letter and spirit of the law. We have memorialized this longstanding commitment to fair and ethical business practices in our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct (the “Code”).

The Board of Directors of 草榴社区 amended and restated the Code on April 10, 2025. The amended Code adds a new provision related to U.S. Federal Contracting Regulations and updates to sections that clarify guidance around conflicts of interest, responsible travel and expense requirements, and integrity with our workforce. The Code also reflects 草榴社区’ new corporate values, refreshed branding, and other non-substantive changes.
Third Party Expectations
草榴社区 requires all third parties acting on our behalf to conduct business in a manner consistent with the 草榴社区 Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. These expectations are also outlined in the documents linked below.
